When making a reservation for [XG 1st Full Album], you will not be able to log in to the XGALX OFFICIAL SHOP if you have not completed your transfer/registration to an XGALX ID.
Please make sure to complete your XGALX ID transfer/registration process in advance before accessing the XGALX OFFICIAL SHOP.
※The use of +ID for registration/login was discontinued as of Monday, August 25, 2025.
■ How to transfer from +ID to XGALX ID
*Email verification is required to complete the transfer process.
If you are unable to receive emails at the address registered to your current account, please refer to the FAQ "Q. How can I change the email address registered with +ID?.
A) If you are already logged into the app (from the Menu)
① Open SETTINGS
② Tap "XGALX ID Transfer Process"
③ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer process
B) If you are already logged into the app (from the transfer dialog)
① Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer process
C) If you are not logged into the app
① Tap "Login" on the login screen
② Tap "If you have not yet transferred to XGALX ID, click here"
③ Enter the email address associated with your account
④ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer process
■ How to confirm completion of XGALX ID transfer
To check whether your transfer/registration to XGALX ID has been completed, please follow the steps below:
From the top right menu in the app, open SETTINGS,
and check if “Change email address (XGALX ID)” and “Change Password” appear under "Member Information",
or
From the top right menu in the app, go to SETTINGS > Member Information, and check if you see "XGALX ID Registration Information".
If these are displayed, then your transfer is complete.

Q. How can I change the email address registered with +ID?
・If you can still receive emails at the +ID registered address
→ Please complete the transfer with your registered email address first.
Once the transfer to XGALX ID is complete, you can change your email address from SETTINGS in the app.
・If you cannot receive emails at the +ID registered address
→ If you need to change your email address and you haven’t completed the transfer to XGALX ID, please contact us via the inquiry form with your current registered email address, new email address, date of birth, and full name.
