Payment

What forms of payment are available?

・Credit card, convenience store payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, PayPal, PayPay, LINE Pay, Wechat Pay, GrabPay

For convenience store payment, an email message regarding payment will be sent from KOMOJU after you order. Please note that the order will be canceled if payment is not made within two days. In addition, an email message regarding payment at a convenience store will be sent from komoju.com. If domain-specified email reception is set, please turn off the settings or register "komoju.com" in the domain specification.

When convenience store payment is used, a separate settlement fee of 190 yen (including tax) will be charged.

Please inquire with your credit card company or payment service regarding the timing of the debit.

Ordering

Can orders be edited?

This depends on availability and readiness to ship.

An error message appears when multiple items I wish to purchase do not appear in my cart. What should I do?

You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

Delivery

When will the products arrive?

The scheduled shipping date is noted on the Details page for individual products.Please check this before purchasing.

Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding shipping time before the scheduled shipping date. Your understanding is appreciated.

For products that are no longer available, please check the delivery schedule.

How much are shipping costs?

Domestic: Flat rate of 800 yen (however, rates may vary depending on some items ordered. Please check on the checkout page)
Overseas: Fees vary depending on the country and region of delivery destination at the time of purchase. Please check on the checkout page

Where is the tracking number?

See the email sent when shipping starts, or the order confirmation page.

Registration and updating of the tracking information on the tracking site of the delivery carrier may take up to 1 to 2 business days. Please make note of this.
