2.修改了日本境外顾客在支付关税等相关税金、商品运费、进口税、清关费、手续费以及其他购买商品时所需支付费用的相关条款。
3.修改了在与顾客签订的销售合同中，因顾客长期不在、拒绝接收商品、未支付商品运费/税金/清关费/手续费或其他费用而未收到商品所导致的合同解除和费用负担的相关条款。
