A one-of-a-kind lighting piece born from an upcycling project by XG ATELIER and the art unit "HOME ECONOMICS EXPERIMENT."
Using surplus inventory lights as a base, the artists themselves painstakingly handcrafted each piece individually. By applying different artwork to each unit, they have been reconstructed into lighting where no two designs are exactly alike.
The artwork features motifs symbolizing Craft (hands), Perception (eyes), Memory, and Archive (books), alongside the message "ANOTHER FUTURE," which expresses the philosophy: "Rebirth does not erase history. It gives history a new future.
By overlapping the inherent individual variations of each unit with its unique graphics, this special item is given a new future as a one-of-a-kind art piece while retaining its functional purpose as lighting.
