Users' Guide


When you find something you like in the shop, click the "Add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

Items in your shopping cart will be packaged and shipped together when you place your order. If you wish for items to be sent separately, please place separate orders for the items.

Confirm the contents of your shopping cart, hit the "Check out" button, and proceed to Registration of Orderer Information.

※The price shown in the cart does not include shipping fees.
※Shipping fees will be calculated and shown automatically after registration of the delivery address.

2.Registration of Orderer Information

Please enter the orderer information (name, address, contact information) necessary for shipping the products.

※To request delivery by DHL or FedEx, be sure to enter information in Japanese or English. If the information is not in Japanese or English, shipping may not be possible.

3.Selection of delivery method

The ordered products will be sent directly from Japan to the orderer. Available delivery services and their fees will be shown based on the items in the cart and the shipping address that was registered. Please select your preferred delivery method.

※The scheduled starting date for shipping is noted on the Details page for individual products. Please check this at the time of purchase.
※If products with different scheduled shipping dates are selected at the same time, the products will be shipped together on the shipping date of the product with the latest date.


Multiple payment methods are available at this SHOP. From among the available credit card(VISA、Master、AMEX、JCB) and convenience store payment methods, Pay-easy, LINE Pay, PayPal, Paidy, PAYCO, please select and register your preferred method.

※It is possible to register a billing address that differs from the delivery address.
※Payment information can be registered on the site. By registering this information, it will not be necessary to register the information again when next placing an order.

5.Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Please note that once an order is placed, we generally are unable to accommodate customers' requests for returns or cancellations. However, if initial defects or damage are found in products, we will replace the items with new ones if we receive contact within seven days from the arrival of the products. We will also bear return shipping fees for cases of initial failure or damage.
