1.Purchase

When you find something you like in the shop, hit the "Add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

Confirm the contents of your shopping cart, hit the "Check out" button, and proceed to Registration of Orderer Information.

※The price shown in the cart does not include shipping fees.
※Shipping fees will be calculated and shown automatically after registration of the delivery address.
※Product quantities are limited and will be discontinued while supplies last.
※Permits, regulations, and customs rules regarding product purchases vary by country/region. Please be sure to check with the customer before making a purchase. Please note that cancellations due to these reasons will not be accepted.
※Some DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and DVD-Audio products are region-coded according to the region in which they are sold. The region code is set on both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless both of them have the same code. Please check your player and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Discs you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. In Japan, the region code is set to 2 for DVDs and A for Blu-ray Discs.

2.Registration of Orderer Information

Please enter the orderer information (name, address, contact information) necessary for shipping the products.

※For shipments outside of Japan, please be sure to register your information using one-byte alphanumeric characters. Otherwise, we may not be able to ship your order.
※We will send an "Order confirmation E-mail" to the e-mail address you entered. Please make sure that you have set your spam filtering or e-mail preferences so that you can receive "shop.xgalx.com" and "support-user.com" e-mails. Please contact your cellular carriers or the manufacturer of your email software for more information about your contract details and settings.

3.Selection of delivery method

Ordered items will be shipped directly from Japan to the customer. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. For shipments within Japan, Yamato Transport will be used, and Express Courier (Air) DHL will be used for shipments to countries and regions outside of Japan.

※The scheduled starting date for shipping is noted on the Details page for individual products. Please check this at the time of purchase.
※Please note that some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries and regions. In such cases, we will notify you on the shipping method selection screen based on your registered address after you register your order information. In addition, we may cancel your order even after it has been placed if delivery is difficult due to shipping carriers or other reasons, including global conditions.

4.Payment

You can choose from several payment methods in this SHOP.

※It is possible to register a billing address that differs from the delivery address.
※For domestic delivery in Japan: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, convenience store payments, PayPay, LINE Pay, Alipay, WechatPay, Grab Pay
※For shipments to countries and regions other than Japan: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal
※Please contact your credit card company or payment service for information on when your payment will be deducted.
※Payment information can be registered on the site. Once registered, you will not need to register your information again the next time you place an order.

5.Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Please note that we basically do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed.
Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt of the product only if the product is initially defective or damaged.
If a replacement product is available, we will exchange the product for a good one. Please note that we will not be able to replace any product that arrives after one month from the date of notification from our customer support. Please understand this in advance.
For security purposes and to improve the quality of our service, we record our warehouse operations. In some cases, we will respond to inquiries regarding inadequate product packaging, etc. after reviewing the recorded data.

In addition, we do not accept reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to the customer's relocation, missing delivery address due to an address entry error, long-term absence, or non-payment of duties and taxes, including customs duties and other taxes. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use. Shipping (including customs duties and other taxes), handling charges, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used. We will inform you of the refund details by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.
