Each member's online fansign session is scheduled to last approximately 30 seconds, during which you can enjoy a conversation while the member signs an image file. The signed images from the event will be available for download as original image files at a later date.

◇Application Method
・By ordering a product with an "Online Fansign Event Application," you will be automatically entered into the event, so no further application procedures are necessary.
・Please note that even within the sales period, sales will end once the planned number of items has been sold.
・Only members of the XG OFFICIAL FANCLUB “ALPHAZ” are eligible to make a purchase.

◇Event Details
・Customers who order any of the eligible products below will be entered into a draw to be invited to an online fansign event with all XG members.
・Each XG member will have approximately 30 seconds, with a total of about 3 minutes and 30 seconds per person.
・Communication on the day of the event (including guidance and talks with XG members) will be conducted in English, Japanese, or Korean.
・This online fansign event will be held using the application "WithLIVE Meet&Greet."
・Members will automatically switch on your device, but there may be a delay in the connection during the switch.
・If the session is interrupted due to poor network conditions, device issues, or operational mistakes on your end, the event will end there, and no redo will be possible.
・The signed images will not be physically shipped; you will download the data. You can download the signed image data from the "WithLIVE Meet&Greet" photo gallery (https://mg.withlive-app.com/garally).
・If you do not enter this event on "WithLIVE Meet&Greet" or do not participate on the event day, you will not be able to download the signed data.
・If you do not wish to enter this event, you can also purchase products with only the external benefits.
・Regardless of the draw outcome, you will receive one external benefit per eligible product purchased, according to the product's benefit content.
◇Announcement of Winners
・After a strict lottery, only the winners will receive a notification email sent to the registered email address. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
・The winners will be notified via the registered email address approximately one week before the event (subject to change) after a strict lottery process.
・The announcement of the winners will be made through the notification email.
・If the notification email cannot be delivered due to domain-specific reception settings or other reasons, the win will be invalidated. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the lottery results.
・If you have domain-specific reception settings, please either disable them or register the domain (shop.xgalx.com) to ensure you receive the email.
◇Important Notices
・Only the winners who placed the order themselves can participate in the event. If you win due to resale, transfer, or proxy purchase by a friend or family member, you will not be able to participate in the event. Please understand this in advance.
・Please place your order under the name of the customer who wishes to participate.
・Once the order process is complete, cancellations, changes to the orderer, or changes to the application for the lottery benefits are not allowed.
・This event will be conducted after confirming the winner's identity on the event day.
・For identity verification on the event day, an ID may be required. Participation in the online talk will be permitted once verification is complete. Details on the ID required will be provided in the winner notification email.
・The order of participation in the event will be random. We cannot accept requests for specific order, so please understand this in advance.
・Recording, audio recording, or taking screenshots of the conversation by the customer during the event is strictly prohibited. If this is discovered, the online talk will be forcibly terminated.
・The video may be disrupted due to the customer's communication environment. Please participate in an environment with stable communication. If the communication environment is unstable, freezing or other issues may occur, making the event difficult to enjoy.
・If you use a mobile phone line, additional communication fees will apply. Communication fees will be borne by the customer, so please be careful if you are not using a flat-rate communication service.
・The organizer and WithLIVE are not responsible for any issues or errors such as communication disconnections due to problems with the customer's mobile phone or network environment. Additionally, the organizer and WithLIVE are not responsible for any damages caused by these issues. Only in the event of a system issue on the organizer's side or WithLIVE Meet&Greet's system side will a reschedule be provided.
・We cannot respond if you are unable to view or operate due to issues in your area or other reasons. Please understand this in advance.
Members may suddenly be absent due to reasons such as illness.
・The event may be canceled, postponed, or have its date and content changed by the organizer's decision due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, COVID-19, performer illness or accidents, transportation issues, or equipment failures. Please note that in such cases, refunds for the product will not be provided.
